This bird (a little bigger than a bluejay) is a sugar-thief! He flew down on a lady's table at a restaurant-while she was still sitting there-and took two packets of sugar!! He then flew to a branch, opened the packets, and ate the sugar.

View from our hostel room in Puntarenas, Costa Rica. This was a town we felt like we needed to be safely in our room before dark ... nice enough, but the men seem a bit more, ummm ... attentive ???
